Guidelines, Resources and Permissions
Welcome to the Vidamonti Brand Resource Center
Thank you for protecting the Vidamonti brand.
All of our brand features are legally protected, so if you want to use one, you must first obtain permission from us. This page can assist you with that. By adhering to these guidelines, using resources, and reviewing permissions, you will help us meet our brand standards and speed up the approval process.
Logos and Trademarks
You need our permission to use our logos or trademarks.
We receive a lot of requests from people who want to add a touch of Vidamonti to their sites. If you’re working with us on a initiative or project, please work with your Vidamonti contact to coordinate third-party marketing permissions because this will make things easier for both parties involved in the process.
Although we’d like to accommodate all the requests we receive, we need to make sure our brand is used in the right way. So we turn down incredible amount of requests because either sites imply Vidamonti is endorsing them or they violate our Terms and Conditions.

Vidamonti is sponsoring my event. Do I need permission to use the Vidamonti logo?
If you’re working with us on an event, please always work with your contact in Vidamonti to obtain the necessary permission to use the logo.
Publication and Education
I’d like to create a tutorial on how to use a Vidamonti product. Do I need Vidamonti’s permission?
You don’t need our permission to use – for instructive or illustrative purposes – a standard, unedited Vidamonti screenshot (an image of our homepage, a main product page, or products) in print or digital formats.
However, you must be in compliance with our usage guidelines; and the uses must be unedited: you can’t superimpose graphics, photos, or ad copy on the screenshot or change the look of the screen-captured image in any other way.
Outside of screenshots, you do need to obtain our permission to use the Vidamonti logo.
I’m writing an academic book that references Vidamonti. Can I use the logo on the cover?
You cannot use the logo on the cover of a publicly-available book or publication without our permission. Please submit a request and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Trademark
I’m a developer and I want to create/created a new product focused on Vidamonti. Can I use the Vidamonti name?
We cannot approve any company names or application names that incorporate a Vidamonti trademark, or that are confusingly similar to Vidamonti’s trademarks.
If you state that your product is compatible with a Vidamonti product, the product must actually be compatible with that Vidamonti product. Any notice that your product is compatible with a Vidamonti product should be made in a referential manner using phrases such as “for” or “compatible with” or “for use with.”
If reference is made to a Vidamonti trademark in connection with your logo, your logo must be larger than the Klicklook trademark. The first instance of the Vidamonti trademark should contain the (™) symbol. Examples: “ABC software for Vidamonti™” or “XYZ plug-in for Vidamonti™”.
I found a potentially harmful website/platform/store that’s pretending to be authored by Vidamonti, but I‘m pretty sure it’s fraud and violating your trademarks. How can I report what I saw?
Thanks for looking out for us. You can let us know about the violation by filling the form below.
